Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
Aharnish Infotech Private Limited (CIN: U74999MP2014PTC033268) is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The company operates under the brand Click Decoded and provides digital marketing, SEO, web development, AI automation, and related services.

Click Decoded provides the following categories of services (collectively, "Services"):
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal issued to the client and are subject to these Terms.
All work undertaken by Click Decoded is based on a written Proposal, Statement of Work, or Service Agreement ("Agreement") agreed upon by both parties. Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate change order and may incur additional charges.
A project commences only upon receipt of the signed agreement and the required advance payment. Verbal agreements, WhatsApp confirmations, or email approvals do not constitute binding project commencements unless accompanied by payment.
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST will be charged in addition to the quoted fees.
Monthly retainer services are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. The first month's payment is due before work commences. Non-payment by the 7th of the month may result in suspension of services.
Project payments are typically structured as 50% advance + 50% on delivery, unless a different milestone structure is agreed in writing. Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of the full outstanding balance.
Invoices overdue by more than 15 days may attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Click Decoded reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with overdue invoices.
Advance payments for retainer services are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period. For project-based work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
All creative assets, brand materials, content, and data provided by the client remain the property of the client. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, intellectual property rights in project deliverables (e.g., website design, written content, automation workflows) transfer to the client, except for any third-party components (themes, plugins, licensed assets) which remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Our proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, processes, and internal systems remain the intellectual property of Aharnish Infotech Private Limited and are not transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio and case studies unless the client has explicitly requested confidentiality in writing (particularly relevant for white label arrangements).
To enable us to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, strategies, pricing, and internal processes shared by either party. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
For white label partners, we maintain strict confidentiality about the existence of the white label arrangement and never contact your clients directly.
Click Decoded does not guarantee specific results such as particular search engine rankings, advertising ROI, lead generation volumes, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranty that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Click Decoded's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Click Decoded be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate a retainer service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Project-based agreements may be terminated by either party for material breach, with the breaching party given 15 days to remedy the breach before termination takes effect.
Upon termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the effective termination date. Click Decoded will provide reasonable handover assistance for a period of up to 14 days following termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. For ongoing service agreements, material changes will be communicated directly to affected clients.
